What will the role involve?

• Learning to submit Decisions in Principle (DIPs) and mortgage applications.
• Booking appointments and managing new enquiries.
• Liaising with property developers and housing associations to arrange appointments.
• Progressing mortgage cases, liaising with lenders and supporting our mortgage brokers throughout the application process
• Engaging with social media enquiries and supporting the team with day-to-day administration.

We are seeking a dedicated Protection Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on insurance products to clients, ensuring their protection needs are met effectively.

Duties

• Conduct insurance sales and administer sales processes efficiently
• Communicate with clients in a clear and professional manner
• Analyse client requirements to offer suitable protection solutions
• Market insurance products effectively
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients
• - Utilise telemarketing techniques to reach potential customers

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous
• Bilingual proficiency is desirable
• Capability to analyse client needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Mortgage Light is seeking an experienced and motivated Mortgage and protection Advisor to join our dynamic and growing team. This role involves working with a steady stream of leads sourced from new builds, estate agencies, shared ownership, our website, repeat business, and client recommendations. The successful candidate will provide expert mortgage advice, helping clients navigate their financing options while delivering top-notch customer service.

You need to be able to:

• Understand and identify customers' needs, recommending appropriate mortgage products, solutions, and strategies.
• Provide clear explanations of lending procedures and advise clients on financing options.
• Qualification: Must be CEMAP qualified.
• Experience: Minimum 18months of experience
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
